The 3 C's in the headline describe Lauren. She was a pleasure to deal with throughout the transaction. Any real estate transaction is stressful and personal emotions almost always come into play. Ours was especially so with a buyer who spoke no English and who wanted to buy everything in the home in addition to the house itself! As a result of things being lost in translation, it became especially angst ridden with emotions riding high. Lauren, from the initial pricing of the home and throughout the negotiations, (including what we were willing to sell and what we weren't!) and ultimately through the close was calm and collected keeping everything and everyone on track to a successful conclusion that was clearly the best deal and outcome we could have hoped for.
