I recently had the pleasure of working with Lauren to sell my Father's estate home. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Lauren was an absolute professional. She was highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure I always felt like a priority. At each step in the whole process, Lauren came through with her commitment to excellence. Her negotiation skills were first-rate and her knowledge about the local market was nothing short of amazing. She also went out of her way to ensure every detail was taken care of during the selling process– from dealing with the buyers questions and inspections to arranging visit times that met with my schedule. Throughout the journey of selling my Father's home, Lauren demonstrated immense patience and understanding of my situation. Whether I needed additional time for research or required more information on a particular area of the sale Lauren took it all in stride. She went out of her way to provide me with extra resources and various options I could consider during the selling process. What really impressed me was Lauren's commitment to answering my phone calls and texts at any time day or night. It was nothing short of phenomenal. She answered every single phone call and text right away - no call went to voice mail and every text was answered within minutes. Lauren was so committed to my needs she even personally came on the last day of our estate clean out to help - staying until midnight. She called in friends and family member to pitch in and help us and had it not been for her, we wouldn't have been able to finish the estate clean out and close on time. I can not say enough about how wonderful it was working with Lauren. She is not only a good realtor but she is truly a good person with a wonderfully kind heart which is rare in today's world. I can't say enough about Lauren. She is wonderful and I can't recommend her enough.
