Over the course of approximately 3 years, Lauren Bell has helped me and my family buy our first home, sell our first home when we decided we wanted more space, and purchase our current home in a VERY competitive market. I can't say enough about Lauren; she is wonderful to work with. She is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly passionate about real estate, which was invaluable particularly when it came to making hard and sometimes quick decisions. I always felt like she had our best interest at heart; there were many times where she made recommendations that served us well, but did not have a pay-off for her (e.g., suggesting a lower offer, or pointing out factors/concerns that had the potential to deter us from purchasing a house). To say that Lauren is a hard worker, is not doing her work ethic justice. Lauren was readily available to answer questions, look at houses, review contracts, engaged in contract negotiations, help us with last minute unexpected challenges...etc. She is well resourced and connected in the community, which was helpful with finding needed quality trades (e.g., contractors, plumbers, inspectors). Lauren is also lovely person - kind, smart, patient, honest, dedicated, thoughtful, and funny are some descriptors that come to mind, and reasons why she is generally an enjoyable person to work with. If you are looking to buy and/or sell a house, I can't imagine having a better person in your corner than Lauren Bell.
Lauren did a fantastic job, she answered my first call immediately then came out to meet us and look over the property the next day. The house was on the market for 3 days and we had a contract!
