My 2016 sales are exceptional and allow me to rank #3 in our area with a volume of $15.9 million from 48 transactions, thanks to the 27 sellers and 21 buyers who chose me as their trusted real estate advisor. My average sales price of single family homes, excluding land and commercial transactions, was $373,311, compared to a County-wide average of $243,449. The homes I sold ranged from $99,250 to $999,999 – a true reflection of my strong commitment to my diversified client base. On the listing side, I sell faster with an average of 129 days on market while achieving 96.4% of the asking price. In comparison, the 2016 average of the Hudson Valley Catskill Region MLS is 145 days on market and just over 94.5% of the asking price.
I serve on several New York Association of Realtor (NYSAR) state committees, as well as chair of UCBR's strategic plan committee. I have been awarded an Ulster County Board of Realtors Top Producer award every year since 2004 and again in 2016 earned recognition by the BHHS Real Estate's Leading Edge Society which identifies Top Producers in the Berkshire Hathaway Network.
Part of my success is related to my strong commitment to the community. I serve as a board member of the Mohonk Preserve as well as SUNY Ulster's Foundation and I am a member of the Rondout Valley Business Association. This community service, coupled with ongoing support of the Rondout Valley Growers Association, The Episcopal Church of Christ the King in Stone Ridge, Rondout Valley Food Pantry and other like organizations compliment the networking and marketing that has been a key factor in my real estate achievements.
