She furnished information on comparable properties in the area for pricing purposes -- specifying pluses and minus’s to tailor a reasoned basis for my listing. She is acquainted with contractors and trades people in the area. She has thorough knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for selling properties She firmly, politely and patiently ushered me through them even when I was feeling unsettled at times over some. Above and beyond, the 2021 Texas Cold Snap demanded on site attention to thermostat adjustments, checking to open indoor and outdoor faucets to a trickle so pipes did not freeze as was the case for so many Texans. (All except for Texas Senator, Ted Cruz who headed with his family for the beach in Cancun, Mexico.) Laura hazarded road conditions to make those checks and adjustments on site more than once. Her steady, optimistic consults throughout the sales process, her personable approach to others that facilitated the closing of the sale – all led to a happy conclusion for me -- all the more remarkable for my having been 3,880 miles distant here at my home in Hawaii. I was very interested in a property with multiple offers. Laura showed me the property and kept me informed of all things going on with it's status after another buyer was selected originally for sale.
