My husband and I had been looking at houses for a couple weeks and were interested in a few houses, but we had no idea of how to submit an offer or go about selling our house. We happened to meet Laura at an open house and learned so much from just talking to her for twenty minutes. She came by our house the next day and was already prepared with next steps - how to put together a good offer for a house we're interested in, what is the competition, how do we prepare our house to sell, when should we put it on the market, what do we need to do to make our sale go fast, and so on. She was well prepared, thorough and patient with all our questions and concerns. She gave such great tips on staging which helped make our house show ready. She is also very knowledgeable on what increases/decreases the value of a property. She is very professional yet easy to talk to. We always got updates from Laura - multiple times a day, every day, and whenever it was needed. The transparency eased our minds and suffice to say, communication was great. Thanks to Laura, we sold our house super fast, and we bought our dream home at the price we wanted! Laura is awesome to work with, and she is a great resource for home buyers and sellers.
