Laura was chosen as our realtor as she got wind that we would be selling and found a buyer without our knowledge. Being aggressive in trying to get us to let her sell our home before she knew the dynamics of our personal situation was part of the reason I choose her to sell our home. My mother was sickly due to a much needed back surgery, up two days, down in bed for 5 days. I had just endured a major auto accident. Laura took our needs personal, and while keeping us on our personal goals timeline, she let us bend it ever so slightly; for our best interest. She motivated us when we needed it, she gave us support staff or organized repairs when I worried about something, she packed and carried boxes out to be stored in the garage to make the house viewable in marketing. She sold the house, IMHO, with the professional photographer she hired and paid for a marketing video for the Internet. This video sold our home on the sixth day it was on the market.
