We had a very unusual situation with the sale of our home. We had signed a purchase agreement with a buyer. During the process of getting the closing finalized. The buy ran into some credit issues that prevented her from continuing. We wanted to work with her and make the sale happen but one month turned into almost 12 with a final contract date end closing in fast. No progress had been made up to that point. Laura was able to get what seemed like an impossible closing into a final closing date within a 30 day time frame with the help of the buyers lender.
