She was most notably helpful in the preparation phase of the sale; approximately four months of rehabilitation work on the upper floor, great room and a completely refurbished kitchen (totally gutted and replaced). She helped manage the various contractors involved directly, or gave me points of contact for me to call. Her knowledge of the current market enabled us to decide the best color scheme for the house.This house spent about 2-3 times in preparation as compared to 'on the market', and Laura was instrumental in ensuring that when we collaboratively agreed it was ready for market, it received good reviews from people looking, in addition to selling quickly. Laura and her team were also able to correct last minute deficiencies as noted by the inspectors and appraisers.
