Laura was on fire!! She knows the business. She was spot on with pricing our home. Multiple offers, and sold over asking price. I had a couple of issues getting a few items fix. She called the company , they were out the next day fixing it. She gets things done. Communication is great. Texting and calling. Laura was our realtor when purchasing our new home in Sun City West. She knows this area, she knows what to look for. For example, the sewer, what the issues are. She always made time to show us homes. We looked at probably 10 homes. Always happy! She is a spit fire.

Laura's sensitivity to to the many details involved in the purchase of even a small property was greatly appreciated. She stays tuned in to all the finer aspects throughout the duration of the transaction; and I've appreciated her thoroughness -- very much. Four stars instead of five only because the seller turned out not to be the actual owner, a fact which caused considerable delay in finalizing -- and legalizing -- the transaction. Although this was an innocent mistake, it involved serious emotional and financial inconvenience; and could have been avoided. Laura went "above and beyond;" in her efforts to mitigate the seriousness of this error.
