Laura is simply the best real estate professional in the metro area. She has exceptional knowledge of the area and great insight into how to prepare a home for sale. Trust her! We did, and had exceptionally FAST results. Laura also did a great job of listening and working with us to get the home ready for sale. She was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout the entire process. Laura is also very savvy when it comes to contract negotiations. We relied heavily on her to negotiate what we wanted and needed from the house and because of her skill, we far exceeded our goal.
