Laura Smith-Defarkas

We have worked with Laura off and on for years now and we have kept in touch. She has been extremely helpful and has become a great friend. You can tell she cares about her job and cares about the families/ individuals she is working with. She was always quick to respond and answer any and all questions we asked. If she didn’t have an answer she wouldn’t stop until she could give us one. We were always kept up on anything that was going on with our new house while it was still being built. She explained all documents that we needed to sign and was always so patient with us. We were going through some hard personal things during the time of purchasing our home and she always checked in on us and I knew she was someone I could go to if needed. I could go on and on about why you should choose Laura, truly an all around great person and realtor. We are so thankful for her hard work and giving and kind heart. We don’t plan on moving again anytime soon, if ever, but if we do I will not hesitate to call Laura and work with her again. I will always recommend her. We gained a beautiful home in the process of working with her but we also gained an amazing friend we hope to keep for life.
