We just signed a contract for a new home and, of course, Laura was our agent for our purchase, as well. She will be at the new house when the home inspector comes. We have bought and sold several homes over the years and have never had a realtor be there when an inspection was done. Laura Just sold my last home and this review is not about that. This review is about the home we just purchased with her, after selling that last one. Besides the fact that my last home was sold at the price we wanted because Laura priced it correctly, she found us a home that we absolutely love!!!!!. Super worried about relocating closer to one of my offices. (This was a huge focus.) We were downsizing from the last home, but didn't want a small house, and also was not interested in purchasing a home with an association. Laura Sanders got to work!!! Lets start with the transition from one property to the next. first of all we closed on our last home, but had not closed on the new property she had found for us, so where were we going to stay in the mean time? Laura got to work!!! She immediately found us a beautiful air b&b and if you do not think that is so amazing?? We have 4 small dogs and two grown adult children. She found us the perfect place on the water!!!! Did you hear me?? the water.lol. At the same time Laura and her amazing team were working to wrap up some things with my last association, and prepare for our closing. ( this woman is a force to be reconed with) She arranged to get the notary to come to the b&b for the closing, because of my schedules. She actually showed up at the closing with some of our mail from the last property that she picked up for us. Nothing gets by her.!!!!! People say "all realtors are the same" hell no they aren't. I can't tell you every amazing thing that she has done to revive our faith in realestate agents, but I can tell you this... I would never sell or purchase another property without her.
