Laura was an extremely professional agent, she kept constant communication throughout the entire process with regards to the status of the house. She did an outstanding job preparing the house to be put on the market, including staging and cleaning, to create a welcoming atmosphere for prospective buyers. She would go by the house after hours every week to check on the home, gave us updates regularly, and was diligent in obtaining feedback from agents who showed the home. We went under contract after being on the market less than 30 days, and had a smooth and hassle-free closing.
