About LAURA

Born and raised in Upstate New York, with cows on the nearby fields and hillsides full of grapes for the Finger Lakes Wineries, Laura was the oldest of four children,-2 sisters and a little brother. After high school, tired of the country life, she went to college in New York City and studied advertising and communications at the Fashion Institute of Technology, FIT. Then it was on to San Diego, California for work and lifestyle options. She started and operated a courier service for advertising agencies within the southern California market, then went into sales and marketing, and finally real estate at Prudential La Mesa Realty which became her true love. After 13 years in California, she relocated to New York State, back to the very countryside she knew so well. Laura brought her California husband and they raised two beautiful children while moving often for career options. Experiences like managing a Chamber of Commerce tourism center, owning a Christmas tree farm, substitute teaching in the high school, and raising a litter of seven German Shephard puppies, added to her life story. After moving to Melbourne FL in 2015, she was able to join the ranks of real estate professionals and so began the next chapter. She now lives in Inverness, Florida and enjoys the city life mixed with the countryside - - making new friends and finding great customers as she helps them navigate the best options toward the myriad of stories that make up a life. As we all know, life is what happens when you are making other plans!

I never sold a house before and Laura was with us from the start. She guided us and was always there for us. She answered all our questions even some of them were probable silly. She guided me through all the computer "stuff." We had a lot of laughs together as we got to know each other and we still keep in touch.

We recently bought a home in Florida from California without seeing it in person!

Moving from California was vey exciting and difficult. One of the biggest challenges we faced was buying a home. Luckily, we were put in touch with Laura Quintin. She was very knowledgeable about the market and really listen to what we wanted in a home. She walked us through videos and FaceTime calls until she found us the perfect place. We absolutely love our new home! We now consider Laura a friend and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for their dream home!
