Laura is fantastic! We were moving from out of town, and Laura was recommended to us by a trusted friend. From the start, Laura rolled-up her sleeves and truly PARTNERED with us to find the perfect home. Laura’s insight and wisdom of the market we were searching in was truly above and beyond. Since we were remote for most of the process, Laura took the time, energy and effort to search homes for us, send us live videos of places on our short list, and research many of the ancillary things most homeowners overlook (e.g., school registration timelines, local handy people, local movers, etc.). Laura was super responsive and proactive when it came to communication. Laura would respond to our queries, even when they came in rapid-fire ways, with professionalism and care. Laura negotiated, debated and sometimes argued on our behalf, which was wonderful! Laura truly locked arms with us throughout the process and made it seem as if she were helping out a close family member. That’s how much care she displayed. Laura Pierce helped us look for a unique "country" home outside of Nashville and that was a bit of a challenge. But not for Laura. She worked around the clock to send us options and more options etc. When we would give up she picked us up and we found more to look at. Once we settled on a home we loved and that gave us the potential that we were looking for, Laura was a fighter for us when the seller tried to play hardball on some things. She knew how to manage the sale and even went above and beyond to contact utilities and other aspects for us to make our experience great. Tim and I have had some bad experiences with realtors over the years and Laura truly helped to take those bad experiences away. We will for sure shout Laura's praise loudly and recommend her to anyone. But we would also use Laura in the future.
Laura Pierce was such an amazing realtor and facilitator during the sale of my mother's home. She was truly there in every way possible for us during this time. Laura worked diligently to get our townhouse sold in quick fashion to align with the closing of a new home we were building. She followed up on all potential buyers and had multiple open houses.
We worked with Laura on the purchase of a newly constructed home as well as the sale of our previous home, and our experience was fantastic on both fronts. From a buyer's perspective, Laura was always responsive to our needs/requests, and worked directly with the builder's representatives from start to finish. She was fantastic at offering advice when/where it was needed and was available at any time of the day or night. She stayed on top of the building process, which took nearly 11 months and was not shy about addressing issues with the builder as things evolved. As a result, we closed on the home in May, and love the result. Laura has even followed up several times on the remaining "punch list items" to ensure we are still being taken care of. Laura also made the sale of our previous home extremely easy, handling the listing process, hosting open houses, and ultimately negotiating with the buyer to make sure we got optimal value for our home. Could not be happier about our experience and would recommend Laura to anyone in the market...on either side of the process. We will definitely use her again if/when the time comes to make another move!
