Laura was terrific from start to finish! She came prepared to our first meeting, listened to our needs and returned with a complete plan. Her pricing was well researched and her recommendations for improvements and staging definitely paid off. On top of that, she is very handy and handled MANY of the improvements for us! The house sold for full price in 3 days and we believe it was the staging and improvements along with her pricing strategy and negotiation skills that did it. She is very efficient and pleasant to work with and we were very happy we chose to hire Laura as our agent. We Highly recommend her.
