I'm a first time homebuyer and I never thought I'd ever be one. I have disabilities, I'm neurodivergent and I have chronic anxiety so when I'm over stressed I shut down to nonverbal. This part is important because I never hit that threshold when I was working with Laura because she took such good care of me. She never pressured me, she was honest and told me when she saw red flags on houses we looked at. She genuinely cared about my wellbeing, safety and overall happiness. She basically held my hand throughout the process and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. She handled everything and told me what was going to happen every step of the way. She ensured that my best interest was at heart and made sure that the home I bought was a sound investment in myself and my future. She taught me so much throughout the process which made it less stressful. Laura was so helpful as our selling agent! We were moving our family out of state and, with all we had on our plate, Laura made the process the least stressful as possible. She was so organized and put in so much time and effort to send us to-do lists, timelines, and reminders so we didn't miss anything or become overwhelmed. She has such a warm and easy-going personality but, at the same time, is all business and will work tirelessly to achieve your goals and make you happy.
