Laura has been such a blessing to me. She took the time to understand my wants and concerns and made it her goal to get the results I needed. Laura went on drives, did research, contacted whoever - all to ensure I had the best possible outcome. When the inspection was being done, Laura stood in for me & made sure the serviceman addressed things thoroughly. I felt at ease having her be my voice in the times I couldn't be present. She knows the rules and fine print, and made sure I was informed on everything. It can be scary in today's world not knowing what you'll get, but I can truly say Laura was Heaven sent. Laura was extremely helpful in the sale of the property. She was very good at returning phone calls, answering questions and basically anything that I needed. My only suggestion for the second property I have listed might be to use a different escrow company. I felt like the escrow company was calling me or emailing me every other day for additional paperwork, instead of asking for appropriate paperwork up front.
