A steady hand through a very challenging sale

Laura was an incredible resource throughout the sale of my older home, which turned into a much more challenging process than I anticipated. When questions arose about the condition of some of the home’s major systems, Laura drew on her extensive network of professional contacts and was consistently able to find the right people to help us work through each problem. She handled a difficult and sometimes unresponsive buyer’s agent with patience and strong negotiation skills. She kept me informed, advocated for me when unrealistic demands came up, and helped keep the transaction moving forward when it could easily have become overwhelming.
