My wife and I were first-time home buyers looking for the perfect place to settle our young family when we were first introduced to Laura. With two young children, our apartment in Midtown Manhattan just wasn’t cutting it anymore. After researching several towns in Westchester, we decided on Larchmont – mostly thanks to Laura and her intimate knowledge of the market. Laura made herself available to us 24/7 and thoroughly explained the pro’s and con’s to every enclave within the beautiful town of Larchmont. It was clear that she had a passion for the area – something you’d only get from someone who raised their three children in the town. When it was time to put an offer in on our dream home, she walked us through the process and provided a level of serenity during the biggest financial decision of our lives. After losing out on the house, Laura was still upbeat and reminded us that not all offers close. Sure enough, 5 days later we received a call from Laura saying the deal had fallen through and the house was ours if we were ready to move forward! Laura made the closing process easy – even for first time home buyers. We are so happy in our new home and owe much of this happiness to Laura and her dedication and perseverance throughout the process.
