I started looking for a new home very early, having to sell mine first. I asked her to put me on MLS and gave her the parameters. I met with her and her team and they were knowledgeable and informative about the area and tax base transfer. I made several trips to the town I wanted to live in and Laura always was available to show me homes for sale. She didn't push me, but offered help with selection, pointing out deficiencies in certain properties and advantages in others.
