Laura assisted us in a two day house hunt that resulted in our purchased or the perfect house. Two and a half years later we found, because of our age and financial situation, could not maintain this home. However, I did not want to sell the home for a couple of months. Laura suggested listing the house and delaying the closing date. As soon as we did, the house sold in ONE day, AND the buyers were willing to wait for my desired close date, and offered more than our asking price. It was nothing short of amazing!!! We consider Laura our "family" realtor as our granddaughter used her to purchase her first home and is planning to call her again when they are ready to look for a larger house.
