Laura is awesome! She helped us find a great home in 3 days and had many great ideas on negotiating and helping us ensure we got the best deal possible. She was always available to answer our questions day or night and responded to us very rapidly. She is there with you from start to finish and doesn't waste your time. Even though Laura has many clients, when you speak with her you feel like you are her ONLY client. She provided us with invaluable information, numerous contractors and other service providers in the area that could help us in making the home "ours". Laura truly believes the home picks you and she is willing to work tirelessly to find you the right home that fits your needs no matter how unique, and a home that you will be happy to come home to each day with great potential in case you ever need to resale. We do not have children, but if you do she can inform you of everything Sudbury has to offer, since she raised her family in Sudbury as well. When you are looking at homes with Laura it's not over whelming or a drag, she makes it super fun and you feel like you're hanging out with a friend you've known for years. We had so much fun with her, we were almost sad the house hunt was over! :) There's a reason when you go to look at homes with her, the other realtors refer to here as "the Queen"! Laura is an amazing agent. Having not sold our home in 43 years, I was not aware of the many changes that had occurred in the process or everything that needed to be done. She was on top of them and guided me through each one, making sure they were done on time, and with as little angst as possible on my part.
