Laura was extremely pleasant in all our dealings, unquestioningly professional, had an excellent knowledge of the market available, and was dedicated to client satisfaction. Our only problem was that she liked donuts as much as we did, and most of our meetings tended to be at the Blackbird Bakery (most excellent "conference" room)! She was not the least bit intimidated nor anxious as we picked through the various pros and cons of the wide variety of properties she had chosen per our changing ideals and was not the least bit intimidated by our questions, moving quickly to get us the respective answers.
