It had been decades since I purchased a new home and my real estate transaction involved the contingency of my current home selling to purchase another home out of state. Laura walked me through each step, she answered all of my questions, she communicated well via phone, text, email and kept me abreast during the entire process. I especially liked that she would let me know in advance what was needed, that way we could both be working on what items would be due and we were able to submit most of them early! We worked extremely well together and got everything accomplished so quickly that we had everything completed for escrow 2 weeks in advance of closing! I can say that working with Laura was the BEST decision I could have made when it came to my real estate transaction.
