As first-time home buyers, we were somewhat overwhelmed going into this process. Thankfully Laura is an absolute pro, and not only had a binder full of introductory materials ready for us, but also walked us through every step of the process with candor, charm, and good humor. Laura was not afraid to tell us no, even before we would set foot in some houses. That made it all the better when we found our dream home - she was was equally eager to tell us what a great choice we made. We are endlessly grateful to Laura. We so enjoyed working with her and would recommend her to anyone.
