Laura helped us find our home back in 2015. She was so knowledgeable that we found exactly what we were looking for in the right price range. This year we are moving to our forever home out of state. When we decided to sell, we knew Laura would be the best person for the job! Unfortunately we never got to officially put our house on the market because she pulled an AMAZING deal out of her experience hat. Before putting up the "Coming soon" sign, or "For Sale" sign, our home was under contract. Within a month our home was sold and we had to move to temporary quarters. Laura knows so many people in the Virginia real estate industry and she is so knowledgeable about the NOVA area. We've bought 4 homes in 4 states and when it comes to raising the bar, to us, she IS the bar!
