My husband and I were interested in purchasing a home in Brunswick Forest in Leland, N.C. After some online research, I found Laura Mathis' profile as a local agent. We had an in-depth conversation and I explained to her what type of home we were looking for. In addition, to receiving daily new home listings, Laura called me the day the home we ended up purchasing, came on the market. She asked me if I would like her to go to the home and do a video tour.
