Laura is the best realtor I've ever met, period. A little context - I'm an investor and have bought and sold many properties with realtors and without them (did it all myself). I feel that most realtors detract from the value in a transaction and take too much in fees vs. the value that they provide. But the complete opposite was the case when Laura helped me find a great house in this crazy market. We literally had to be on top of every house that came on the market while looking to purchase in Saint Petersburg and she was available and accessible through the entire process. She knows the city by neighborhoods, is extremely knowledgeable on the values, stays ahead of you through the whole process, and perhaps most importantly - gives you a real partner in your corner as you got through the entire transactional process from start to finish.
