Laura advised us where to invest in our next property . She did a comparison which helped us look at rents. Specifically, she advised us they should be 80% brick. She knew exactly what to look for in the house and pointed out that would be a concern for us, ex roof hvac , siding, flooring. She has excellent knowledge. She made us feel like we were the only client which I know we weren’t. She kept in touch via phone and text. and explained everything in a language that we could understand. It didn’t matter what time of day or holiday(July 4 ) she was always available. She has talked me off the wall with anxiety (1031exchange) when no else took the time to do so. I have confidence in what she says to me. She goes above and beyond she is > than a 5 star rating.

Laura was great. I was a first time home buyer and she made it practically painless. She went above and beyond. She showed me several houses and when I had many questions she was there to explain it all. The woman has the patience of a saint. She also has the skills to take all that realtor jargon and dumb it down so that even a child could understand it all. I would 100% recommend her for anyone wanting to buy or sell a home, lot or property of any kind.
