My wife and I were in the market to buy a new home. Over a 4 month period we went to 15-20 open houses. Laura was the only realtor who bothered to call us to check our interest in her listing. So right then we decided to hire her to sell our home. Laura is great in staging a home and making it ready for sale. Her expertise was invaluable. She took 35 descriptive pictures and then hired a drone pilot for an additional video presentation of our home. That was above and beyond anything we expected. As a result, we sold our home in 3 days with multiple bids. It was hectic but she handled it all flawlessly. We were lucky to have such a professional working for us. She then negotiated a wonderful deal on the new home we wanted and coordinated all the move out and move in dates. She continually emailed us with instructions for utilities, septic inspections, mail, insurances, mortgages etc. and all the deadlines we had to meet. After 11 moves in the last 18 years, I can honestly say Laura is the best realtor we’ve ever worked with.
