I couldn't be more happy with my experience

I didn't know what to expect, I was making a purchase from out of state, and hadn't worked with Laura before. I have worked with realtors in the past and not all are equal. I was buying in a hot market and needed to close quickly. I was the back up buyer with little hope of actually purchasing the property. The property was in an excellent location and the price was right. Laura prepared and made sure the selling agent was aware of my interest and qualifications. I wasn't messing around and I expect a lot from those working on my behalf. Laura was very responsive and diligent. The first buyer fell through and Laura knew right away as she was in constant communication with the sellers agent and myself. The offer was presented and accepted a few days later. I needed to close quickly due to a divorce. The seller's agent had some personal issues and began dragging her feet. Laura did not allow the other agents inattentiveness to dissuade her purpose. Laura offered to take on some of the paperwork for the other agent in order to keep the closing on schedule. Not only did Laura have to prod the selling agent she had to prod the escrow company as well. As you know there's always something that occurs as a stumbling block in the process. None the less Laura was determined and kept the pressure on the selling agent and escrow. Without Laura's help the purchase may have never happened in a timely manner. We closed on time which due to delays in acceptance of my offer gave Laura even less time to close. I can only thank Laura for making it happen. She really did work on my behalf.
