We came to know Laura through a mutual friend. In 2008, she worked tirelessly to help us find a home in the North County. We were getting frustrated looking for something perfect for us, but she helped us target our search and determine what was important to us. We ended up in a home that turned out to be the perfect fit! It was during the crash of 2008, and she got that bank-owned short sale closed for us in less than 3 weeks. Absolutely unheard of - and yet she did it. Thirteen years later, we contacted Laura again, this time to sell the home she helped us find. Laura gave us our list of things to do to give our home the best chance to bring a good price. We followed her advice and were stunned to sell far over anything we dreamed was possible. In this process, we encountered her photographer, who was also exceptional. Our listing was (if I can say so myself) stunning, which I'm sure attracted the right buyer to our home. The honest, down-to-earth comments about the home were equally on target, as if she had lived here and loved the home right along with us. Do not EVER hesitate to use Laura Lothian in either a buyer's agent or seller's agent scenario. She's a tigress and she will not stop until you are happy. I value our relationship, which now extends beyond "just an agent." Laura (and Simon) have become like family to us.
