I do not have enough words to adequately portray my gratitude for all of the time, effort, and energy that Laura put into not only finding us a home that is a perfect fit, but making the home buying process as smooth as possible. She went over and beyond for us in every step of the process. Laura is extremely professional, well connected in the Gainesville community, extremely knowledgeable about the area/real estate, a go-getter and very proactive, an astute negotiator, tremendous problem solver, makes herself available based on your schedule, and on top of the endless wonderful qualities about her work ethic, which I would argue is unmatched in her industry, she is an absolute joy to be around and communicate with. I am grateful beyond measure for the multitude of ways in which Laura facilitated each step of the home buying process, and I truly believe she is the best of the best. For anyone considering purchasing a home - these are the absolute best hands you could be in if you are lucky enough to have Laura on your team!

Laura helped me every step of the way. Six months of repairs/remodel before the sale - Laura was there for all the appointments with contractors, roofers, painters etc. I live out of state and I didn’t make a single trip throughout the process including closing. Laura was my eyes and ears through the process! Can’t recommend her enough!!
