Laura Leigh has exactly why you need to find a home or sell a home! We've worked with her on both sides! She was happy to show us numerous homes and did research on each one to give us pros and cons. She wanted what was best for our family and treated us like a part of hers. She helped us find the perfect home and she also helped us sell our home quickly - we got an offer in just 5 days! She had a professional photographer and staging expert come and she even helped us do some of the staging herself. If you need your home sold fast, Laura Leigh is the realtor for you!

The perfect agent, worked hard, promoted hard. Had all her ducks in a row, and when it was time to list, it hit the MLS and the house sold for top dollar in THREE HOURS.. Great job Laura Leigh Sal and Diane

Laura Leigh was very professional and honest when we were dealing with her in the sale of my mother in law's townhouse, selling our personal homestead, and in the purchase of our new home. Trust is of great importance when dealing with any professional and Laura Leigh gained our trust with her real estate knowledge , experience and non-selfish actions on our behalf. She kept us informed constantly and guided us through the buying and selling process. Dennis and Bonnie Saucier

Laura Leigh is a skilled and caring real estate professional. She takes care of her clients as if they were family and adds fun to everything she does. I highly recommend her!

What a wonder Laura Leigh is in finding just the right home!! She is knowledgeable, accommodating and just plain a fun friend. Laura Leigh stays with a person having a genuine relationship that is lasting. I reccomend her whenever possible and cherish our continuing friendship.

It was such a pleasure to work with Laura Leigh in looking for and purchasing a home. Laura Leigh is knowledgeable about the properties she shows as well as knowing the area and values. Actually, the first home we looked at was what I wanted but we continued to look to eliminate other possibilities. I never felt rushed and felt free to express what I wanted. Laura Leigh's professionalism and willingness to get whatever information that was needed made the buying process as enjoyable as it could be. She went above to have carpets cleaned at her expense to ease my concerns. Laura Leigh has followed up with me to be sure my new home was what I expected. She has recommended people to have work done who have been wonderful contractors and even made a contribution in my name to charity. I would highly recommend Laura Leigh to anyone looking for a home and actually have.

Wow am I happy that I had Laura-Leigh Wood as my real estate agent! I felt truly lost when it was time to put my house up for sale...until someone in the neighborhood highly recommended Laura-Leigh. At our first meeting she immediately made solid suggestions of what I could do to help sell the house...improvements that would also make the home much nicer for the new homeowners. Guess what? My house sold two days after Laura-Leigh listed it!!! I’m so grateful to her and her entire team (her assistant Rachel is a gem!) for their hard work and professionalism. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

In a word, exceptional! From the outset, knew Laura Leigh was the realtor to sell my Aunt's home. She took great interest from the outset; living out of state, she was highly recommended to me for which I am grateful!

Laura Leigh is an exceptional realtor. I had a lot of questions and concerns when preparing to sell my house, and Laura Leigh was a wealth of information and support. With her knowledge of the real estate market, she answered all questions, quieted all concerns and sold my house quickly. Always with a smile and pleasant demeanor, she made the process of selling my house seamless. I recommend her to friends and family.

Being faced with the daunting task of clearing out and selling my mom’s house, I appreciated the help and guidance that Laura Leigh gave me while I went through the house selling experience. With her knowledge of the area and the market situation allowed me to set a realistic price and sell the house with minimal stress, which I got to reserve for clearing the house out. I would definitely use Laura Leigh Wood’s agency again when I get ready to sell my house.
