We did not know Laura Leigh before she was working for us. But we made a great choice and she was a pleasure to work with! Any question we had she knew the answer! A seasoned professional! She kept us in the loop through the entire process! No regrets!

Laura Leigh is a very kind person and has your best interest at heart. She knows the area where she sells .

Laura Leigh offers a superior level of service for her clients. She works hard to get to know you so that she can find a property that will be not just your house, but your home. She doesn't simply show houses, but does a lot of research to determine, as well as possible, the quality of construction. Because we are moving from a small town in the midwest, we needed someone who is familiar with the nuances of purchasing a home and of homeownership in Florida. As a life-long resident of the area, and a Realtor with years of experience, she has that knoweldge. For example: Florida is a state that presents somewhat of a challenging environment regarding homeowners insurance. Laura Leigh understands the environment, and is able to help the buyer understand the implications as related to the various properties. Equally as important, she is a very thorough and transparent communicator and points the buyer towards others (lenders, building inspectors, contractors, etc. whom she knows share the same work ethic and will also communicate well and treat the buyer fairly.) After looking at several houses with Laura Leigh, it became apparent that her goal is not to sell a house, but to find the right home for her clients. Add to this, Laura Leigh has a good sense of humor and is fun to work with. She is very personable and sincere. By the time you settle into your new home, you will realize not only that she is a great realtor and source of information, she is also a friend. Her service to us went way beyond our expectations. Laura Leigh was so knowledgeable and professional throughout our home listing. She priced our home perfectly, sold it in one week and made the whole process an absolute joy! I can’t say enough about her! She was honest, communicative and forthcoming. I recommend her highly to anyone wanting to sell or buy a home.

Laura Leigh is an exceptional Realtor and person. She worked hard to sell my mother's home, which was an emotional experience since it was my childhood home. She understood this and was very attentive and supportive. She also is currently assisting in finding my daughters dream condo. I would recommend Laura Leigh whether you are buying or selling your home.

Laura is extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient. At the same time, she is very understanding of the emotions involving a family transaction. While guiding you in the right direction, she is considerate of the objectives you wish to accomplish.

Laura Leigh Wood defiantly gave us personal service. She knows the area and market better than anyone. She was extremely hands on. Stop looking and just hire her!

Laura Leigh staged our home with a few items added to our own decor. An Open House was held and the next day we had several offers. We couldnt have asked for a smoother sale.

Very good agent and very well connected to the community. She was very helpful and positive about my home. A real professional.

We can’t thank Laura Leigh enough for her help selling our house. She knew exactly what to do and when, how to set the house up and was able to assist with a list of reputable service/repair folks we’d need to contact for the minor things that popped up with the inspection. We highly recommend Laura Leigh to anybody needing a realtor to buy or sell a home in central Florida. She is terrific.

Thanks to REMAX Realtor Laura Lee Woods our house built in 1973 sold at 2022 prices. This would not have been possible except for the exceptional performance of our realtor. The professionalism of Laura Lee Woods was exemplary in every way. First, Mrs. Woods inspected the house and questioned us on all the improvements we made over our 25-year ownership of the house. Then she researched comparable properties in the area and inspected them as well. We jointly agreed on a competitive sales price. Then the work began. Mrs. Woods advised us how to stage the house. She even added some decorative and stylish items from her own inventory to compliment the plan to ensure the house showed very well. Laura Lee Woods expertly coordinated all the showings and advised us how to evaluate all the offers. Then, the housing market began to slide negatively due to numerous factors. Prices fell, and competition increased greatly. Also, our four-point inspection had a few problems, and the house's age became a factor. Mrs. Woods then went into top gear and advised us to repair key features of the house, helped us to find and select contractors, advised us on improvement and repair prices, and even helped us to find financing. All the work was completed, and Laura Lee Woods even helped us with some of the project supervision. Despite the problems she helped lower the stress level of situations. We sold the house in about six weeks for a competitive 2022 price. The closing went smoothly. Thank you, Laura Lee Woods.

I sold a house in Florida while living in NY. Laura Leigh helped in every way I asked her to. There were quite a few things that I couldn't do from NY that she handled for me. She was in touch with me every step of the way as well. The house sold quickly.
