Working with Laura was a true pleasure. Laura came to our home with staging advice and a comprehensive market analysis that enabled development of a pricing structure that would provide us the best outcome. Over the years, we have purchased and sold 6 different homes, and Laura is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, productive realtors that we have worked with. Some of Laura’s strengths: 1. Local knowledge is excellent and she knows all of the Athens and surrounding areas inside out. She has a great “eye” for evaluating home details for positive marketing during the selling process. She was most excellent in helping us address areas of concern: those that could be potential problems, and those things we thought might need to be done, but on her advice we didn’t need to waste time and money on them. Her listing photos presented our home beautifully. 2. She is an excellent negotiator and advocate. When it came to offers and counter offers she demonstrated an innate sense of getting the best outcome for us. 3. During the short time our home was on the market we had a number of personal issues to manage that included finding a new home out of state. Through Laura’s knowledge and her great support staff, we were able to seamlessly conduct the sale and closing of our home while attending to other pressing matters. 4. After closing, Laura continues to keep you as a client and provides excellent followup service/advice.
