I had a challenging situation: my Mom passed and I had to take care of all of her affairs from my home in New York. Laura was outstanding - she had expert knowledge in all matters including dividing lots away from the main home, potential complications with the title and property taxes, the process of making transfers from an estate, etc. But she was also extremely helpful in the smaller matters - like what to do with the piles of unwanted household items and recommending a reliable painter. She was efficient, pleasant, communicative, reliable - as Mary Poppins would say "absolutely perfect in every way".

Laura was there every step of the way, from dealings with builders, negotiating, referencing inspectors, warranty processing, and was very sweet.
