We sold our family home of 10+ years with Laura. She helped us buy this home, and she helped us sell it. We are grateful for Laura staying on top of us, so that we could time our entry into the market perfectly. I think her friendly and consistent check-ins helped us time the listing at the right time before a large amount of supply entered the market. She encouraged us to move fast, and we got our property on market in less than 2 weeks after making the decision. She also was very flexible and helpful in finding service folks to help us get our place ready -- arborist, painter, handy person, and stager. Specifically, the stager was great, as he let us use our beds, which helped make the entire process more comfortable after we moved back post-the property going into contract. Finally, the biggest value Laura added was in the negotiation process with the potential buyers. She had a really tight script for the guidance she gave to buyers, as well as for driving visits to convert into offers. She kept track of the folks that visited, and we had a really good sense of the offers we would get as well as pricing. Thank you Laura!
