We were extremely fortunate to meet Laura by chance at an open house, and ended up being lucky enough to have her as our realtor as we purchased our first home. We had tried to sell our house on 2 separate occasions and had no offers. My family members put me in touch with Laura. Well, this was a different experience to say the least. She came in looked at the house and told us that she would sell our house for a specific price if we did what she said. She gave us a list and we did what she said. Well, all I can say is that she is a great agent and Sondra, her coworker is awesome, she helped guide us along the way. We had 2 offers for over full price the first day, and we closed in 3 weeks. So, if you want to sell your house, she will do it, but keep this in mind. DO EXACTLY WHAT SHE SAYS!!! Also, Laura also helped us find and buy our new home! Which we love!
