She got the job done and met our goal to sell in short period of time.

She had knowledge of the market area, and was responsive and easy to contact. BUT... was less personal than we hoped for, due to our circumstance was hoping for more understanding. The emails we recieved for the different showings we found confusing. Was disappointed at the end of the sale, found out a new law and had to jump through hoops to get an inspection done last minute which Laura was not knowledgeable on. Also she never showed up at closing to represent us. We had questions when going through the closing papers... it was an emotional time for all 3 of us kids selling moms house. Unfortantly she lost future business from our family.
