Laura was very helpful in dealing with a dishonest seller who lied on the property disclosure, and then forged a receipt from a local business to show proof of a maintenance item regarding the undisclosed major issue with the house. Laura worked hard to close this sale. The seller should feel fortunate that she was the realtor. I would recommend Laura to anyone who wanted to buy or sell a property. Laura has a knack at not only putting good deals together, but holding them together and completing them! She is always fresh, friendly and very accommodating to her customers.
