I first met Laura while searching for a home for my sister who was relocating from Denver. This was kind of a usual situation, with me reviewing the homes prior to my sisters arrival. Since we had reached out to another realtor through my sister realtor in Denver, who left us flat, I was concerned about another realtor being able to be available, not only to show me the homes but keep my sister in the loop on all the properities we were reviewing. She immediatly put "our" minds at ease. She hit the ground running and continued to provide current information to my sister and me. Checking in daily as things became available and changes in homes we had previewed. By the time my sister arrived (one week later) to look at the homes the perfect home was on the list and purchased. Laura's professionalism and knowledge of the processes to handle all the issues, proved to be one of the best I have ever seen. In fact, she would contact us on an issue and already have a soluation in the works. That transaction was 4 years ago. We again are in need of Laura outstanding services. With the sale of the above mention property, which sold in one day with multiple offers, there will be the sale of my home and purchase of a "new" home being built. We are only part way through the process but again Laura is on top of all the issues. She is an amazing realtor to work with, Always keeping your needs at the top of the list. I expect to be just as pleased with her expertise and professionalism and I was 4 years ago.
