Laura Herlo is very observant, smart, hard working, and patience. She took notes as we walked through each house. She ask great questions of each of the homes we visited. She noted what we like and what we don't like about the house. When homes were still competitive few months back, she sent us the list right away so we can be the first one there. She gave great suggestions and our offer got accepted on the same day! She also knows the market. She sold our place within a month.
