Laura first asked what I would expect to receive out the sale….having no idea, she recommended a selling price and explained how she arrived at her thoughts. She reviewed all the costs to expect prior to my saying “Let’s do it”. After signing all the agreement docs, her team took over and it was Open House on the weekends and being an absentee owner she had her team checking the residence frequently. I know this as I had outdoor security camera! As the offers started coming in, they required a written response which she make her suggestion but you have the Final response which requires the owner’s electronic signature regardless of how ridiculous the offer is! After an offer is accepted she advises if it is a cash or loan approval type offer which affects the possible time of closing! Laura has an excellent team to help you through the process of selling your home!!!

Best i could have ever imagined/hoped for. I'm totally blown away by their expertise & professionalism. Everything was on time & on schedule. They took meticulous & Amazing house photos, excellent advertising/exposure etc. They sold my home in a week! Literally one week, no joke... their vendors were Professional & affordable (Landscapers/Handyman/contractors to fix issues/movers etc). I have worked with Laura and her team for years..but when I was challenged finding a home for my 85 y/o father from out-of-state..she somehow did it!!
