Compassionate, hard working, honest

We had her list our house and she gave us guidance as to how to prepare the house for showing. After being listed for 3 days and an open house, we had multiple offers. She has a method for determining the best offer. Working with her in the tough market she showed us 20-30 houses and guided us along the way making offers on 12. Finally securing the best house in our price range. She continues to work with us through the closing, moving and now the post moving when questions or issues arise.

Laura really took the time to get to know me and my family. This led to some great questions about our needs vs wants. The search was not quick but what we ended up with was more then what we were looking for.

Laura’s professionalism was outstanding. She took the time to understand what I was looking for when buying my home. Laura is very patient and will make sure the job gets done!

I finally found a house in my range, after Laura called a bank manager she knew to get my daughter’s car out of my name at a great rate. The deal with the first broker fell apart when I took a better paying job during the process, but had another great broker, who got me a lower rate and a better loan. Between both of them, they were able to get me closed on my new house right when I had to start getting out of my leased house and on the date we had planned. She also has a Rolodex of contacts for things you may want done before or right as you’re moving in to make the house safer or do other projects to make changes for you to match your vision of what you’d like done.

Laura was amazing from answering every question and called that I had to helping me find other help along the way! You can tell she cares about her job and her clients also she’s an amazing realtor and will be telling my friends and family about her!
