Working with Laura Guild has been an awesome experience. She is always available to answer all my questions and most importantly, she is really good at explaining things and talking through decisions in a way that allows you to understand what the options are and what you want to do.

I was very pleased right from the first meeting I had with Chris and Laura. They created a search list that had all of my "must haves" in my preferred locations. They took pictures of each house and even other locations they thougt I would be interested in for me to have so I could remember what I liked about those properties. Once I chose a property they made the negation deal easy for me as I was a first time home owner. Chris and Laura spoke and advocated for me when dealing with my mortgage company and other realtors. I felt I had a real team. From start to finish the whole process was 6weeks long. Overall I give them a 5. They come highly recommended by me as they truly are team players and worked hard for me!
