We are from Kalamazoo, MI & scheduled a visit with Laura Gilmore. She met us on time & we drove to the property on a cold, windy night in December. It was 4+ acres of climbing hills but, the site on the other side was breathtaking! Since we are retired, we didn’t have to worry about schools & we had no expectations of buying any property. We looked at 3-4 more lots before dark, getting out of the car to walk the properties but, knew the one we needed to choose. Laura was easy going, smiley & brought her boots. She answered all our questions or, would find an answer & promptly call. Upon negotiations & purchasing, all paperwork was in order & she has certainly stayed in contact with us! We were pleased with Laura’s professionalism seasoned with down home likability.

Working with Laura was such an enjoyable experience. My husband and I were selling distantly and needed unique buyer for our gorgeous property. Laura knew the market we were in and kept us updated in the process with inquires and interest. Laura knew what our value was and helped us stand buy it with our potential buyers.
