Laura Fox

The first time we met with Laura was to discuss the process of listing and selling our home. She answered all of our questions with professionalism and in a manner that we could understand. When I told her we would most likely need to do a short sale that changed things a bit, Laura moved the process along and set us up with a mediator to help us deal with the bank/collection agency. Laura put us in touch a few very helpful people for different situations. She knows lots of people. Her attitude was always positive and she had good ideas to spruce the place up without costing a lot of money. She kept us informed about open house times, showings etc. Selling our house was not a smooth seamless process. There where several offers that the bank turned down and that made us feel like it’s never going to happen, but Laura stayed positive and reassured us that it’s part of the process. I will close by saying that today May 22nd 2019 Laura sold our house and I will highly recommend her as a real estate agent.
